INGREDIENTS & COOKING DIRECTIONS
Reggano Stroganoff mix or another
Follow stove top directions: Brown 1 pound of ground beef in deep 10 inch skillet
drain; stir in 1¼ cups milk or 1¼ cups of hot water, 2 oz. canned fried roasted
green (mild) chilies, 6-7.5 oz. canned diced tomatoes, sauce mix and uncooked
pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat cover and simmer about
10 minutes; expect to thicken some, stir occasionally to prevent sticking or
burning, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat uncover; transfer to medium size
casserole serving dish [corning ware] and let stand at least 10 minutes before
serving or until sauce is desired consistency. (I.e. Sauce will thicken more as it
stands.) Salad or something dark green optional (plain or fancy) - Cooking time
25 min. Makes 6 servings  for just under $1.00 each SA; a real budget saver!
